Paradise Performing Arts Center was created by a hanai family of community artists to provide a nurturing environment for Hawaii residents of all ages and backgrounds to study the art forms of singing, dancing and acting.

We strive to deliver the highest quality of performing arts training while nurturing each individual’s creativity and unique qualities. Students are encouraged to push themselves to reach their fullest potential while learning the importance of work ethic, commitment, accountability and respect.

It is our goal to unlock that magical place where art becomes more than reciting lines or repeating movements, but instead becomes a genuine expression of one’s innermost self. Performance art will become a way for our students to connect with each other and the local community but most importantly themselves. We provide a safe, non-competitive, and socially aware environment. Students learn about working together as a team and supporting each other’s achievements.

Their journey fosters finding their own voice and style while building up their self-esteem and self-awareness. We believe the arts enrich the lives of each student and family while building the community through cultural awareness and enrichment. Our students are encouraged to become technically proficient through their studies and dedication but at the end of the day, we want them to have fun while discovering who they are, how they feel and what they have to say about it. Our goal is to develop well rounded individuals and artists that are nourished in body, mind and spirit.
