Zoi has been dancing since she was 4. She has been trained in a variety of dance styles at several establishments including Island Dance Academy, the University of Hawaii at Hilo, and Paradise Performing Arts Center. Her favorite styles include tap, ballet, and lyrical, though she enjoys watching all types. Sarah is a recent graduate from UH Hilo with a BA in performing arts:Dance and a Certificate in Educational Studies. She is 23 years old and is currently working at the YWCA preschool here in Hilo. Shr has been on stage for multiple Dance concerts as well as plays and choir concerts. Her favorite style of dance is contemporary but enjoys learning all styles including those of other cultures. Lisa Taylor graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy from Chapman University in California. Along with using music to assist in speech, motor, academic, and behavioral development, she has been teaching music for 17 years to children of all abilities. She currently teaches music at Kaumana Elementary School and performs with Harmony On Tap (Cool Women Making HOT Music for a Good Cause), Island Swing Orchestra, and Big Island Opera. She also teaches guitar, piano, ukulele, and voice lessons in Kaumana.

Mimi is a certified elementary school teacher, and she enjoys sharing her love of theatre performance with children and young adults. As a student teacher at St. Joseph’s Elementary in 2008, she created and directed an after school drama program for grades K-6. Mimi also had the opportunity to teach acting classes three years in a row for the summer Holomua program at Kamehameha schools, 2013-2015. She has continued to teach drama to her own fifth graders at Hilo Union and Kea’au Elementary Schools since 2010.

Devon Lerma was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan where she studied classical piano and voice. She was further educated at Michigan State University in voice and conducting. Devon currently runs a full time piano studio and teaches voice lessons out of her home in Ka’umana which she shares with her three keiki. She also is the very lucky “Madame Conductress” to East Hawaii’s beloved Puna Men’s Chorus. Devon was the Musical Director to the Hilo Palace Theater’s 2016 Fall Musical “9 to 5.”

Jenn Eng Loves Dance! It all started with the 1980s movie version of Annie. Jenn knew immediately that she wanted to sing and dance like them cute orphans. So, she began in community, grade school, and high school productions. Jenn went on to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theater, from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
