Adult All Styles Dance (Beg/Int) – Thursdays 5:30 – 7:00pm
We will cover everything from breath, yoga, meditation and body mindfulness to ballet, tap, jazz, swing, salsa, disco, Fosse and anything else I have in my bag of tricks to share with you. This class will not only help you feel more comfortable on any dance floor, you will gain strength and flexibility, increase your cognitive and coordination skills through learning choreography and most importantly, learn to love yourSelf more with body awareness and Self care.

Adult Tap (Beg/Int) – Thursdays 4:30 – 5:30pm
This is a beginning to Intermediate class for those new or lightly experienced in Tap dance – we’re staring from the top! Come get your toes (and heels) a tappin’ learning the basic techniques and terminology of Tap through both Rythym and Broadway styles. Classes groove along to multiple forms of jazz music creating a fun, light and rhythmic environment!

Teen/Adult Contemporary Jazz (Int/Adv) – Thursdays 7:30 – 9:30pm
Lyrical Jazz dance is a style of dance created from the fusion of ballet with jazz and contemporary dance techniques and is a “cousin” to those styles. Because lyrical dancing focuses on the expression of strong emotion, the style concentrates more on individual approach and expressiveness than the precision of the dancer’s movements. The emergent lyrical style has a relatively recent history and a genesis based on the coming together of ballet with rock/folk/pop/alternative music and a variety of jazz dance styles and modern dance.

Pilates with Kea (Teen/Adult) – Saturdays 9:30 – 10:30am
Mixed Level Pilates Mat Class – You will receive the benefits of a stronger and toned core, better posture, relief from stiff achy joints, a more supple and straighter spine, relief from low back discomfort or shoulder tension caused by lax abdominals and poor posture, and more strength and flexibility to do the things you love.
